Building resilience

Resilience is the ability to recover from difficult life experiences or cope with challenges. Building resilience is not a one-time event. It is an ongoing process, and there are strategies that can help you cope and adapt as best as you can to what you are going through. Introducing positive elements into your life, such as self-care activities, can shift the balance and help you feel better. Gaining skills and connecting with supportive people can also help you when you experience challenges in your life.
