Self-reflection activity

One type of crisis involves a threat to you or your family’s safety. You may be concerned about emotional, physical, sexual or financial safety and security. Feeling unsafe could be a result of fears about what a relative might do to someone else or themselves.

Have you ever felt unsafe (e.g., emotionally and/or physically) in your relationship?
What made you feel unsafe (e.g., behaviour or statements from your relative, or particular situations)?
How do you keep yourself safe?
