Supporting your relative’s recovery
Encourage your relative to have a routine
Due to the side-effects of medications or symptoms of psychosis, people’s routines may change. They may sleep most of the day and stay up during the night. Sleeping during the day may result in missed appointments or interfere with other activities. Helping them create a consistent schedule can help in their recovery.
