Changes in roles and expectations

A person with psychosis may not be able to follow daily routines. For example, someone who may be responsible for bringing a younger sibling home from school or taking the family pet for a walk may not be able to help with their responsibilities. An episode of psychosis could make it difficult to complete tasks, so another family member may need to take on additional responsibilities.
