You may feel confused, anxious, ashamed, overwhelmed and frustrated as you watch your family member struggle with substance use problems. Your feelings and experiences while dealing with a relative with substance use problems deserve recognition and validation. In this module, we will explore the impact a relative’s substance use problem has on families.
